“Vietnam’s consistent viewpoint is supporting the settlement of all disagreements about the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK)’s nuclear issue through dialogue,” Foreign Ministry Spokesman Le Hai Binh said.
He made the remark on June 24 in response to reporters’ question about two tests of mid-range Musudan missile by the DPRK on June 22.
