Following an impending international court ruling on the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) brought by the Philippines that is expected to largely reject Beijing’s broad territorial claims, former Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing says his country is suffering “injustice” at the hands of the Philippines and its allies.
“China is perhaps the biggest victim of the South China Sea issue,” he said while speaking at Asia Society in New York on Thursday.
