BEIJING, April 13 (Xinhua) -- Foreign ministers of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) member states will meet in Beijing from April 27 to 28, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang announced on Wednesday.
It will be the foreign ministers' fifth meeting since CICA was established in 1992 as a forum for dialogue and consultations on security issues in Asia.
