Harris Corporation Receives $40 Million Order to Provide Falcon Tactical Radios to Royal Brunei Armed Forces

MELBOURNE, FL/ROCHESTER, NY, May 9, 2013 — Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS), an international communications and information technology company, has received a $40 million order for Falcon® tactical radios from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces. The radios will be part of a broader tactical communications system.

Harris will supply Brunei's military with several different models from its Falcon III® family. The radios provide high-performance line-of-sight and beyond-line-of-sight voice and data communications, including wideband networking. Harris also will provide logistical and customer field support. The order was received in the third quarter of Harris' 2013 fiscal year.
