PANO – The Vietnam Navy held a ceremony to receive the HQ012-Ly Thai To, a frigate, in the presence of Vice-Admiral Nguyen Van Hien, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy-Defence Minister, Chief of the Service, Lieutenant-General Tran Quang Khe, Deputy-Chief of General Staff of Vietnam People’s Army, on August 22nd at Cam Ranh Military Port, Khanh Hoa Province.
