Commander RBAF Introductory Visit in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

Islamabad, Tuesday 1 February 2011 – Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Yang Mulia Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin this morning made an introductory visit at the Joint Staff Headquarters (JS HQ).

Upon arrival at the JS HQ, the Commander RBAF was received by General General Khalid Shameem Waynne, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Islamic Republic of Pakistan Armed Forces and later inspected the Guard of Honour. This was then introduced to the JS HQ Director Generals before proceeding to call on the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Islamic Republic of Pakistan Armed Forces and followed by overview brief.


During the visit, the Commander RBAF made the courtesy calls to the Honourable Asif Ali Zardari and the Honourable Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani, the President and Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan respectively.

The Commander RBAF had the opportunity to made a working visit to the Pakistan Ordnance Factory, Heavy Industries Taxila, Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra, National Defence University and the National Museum.
