NEW DELHI, April 26 (Xinhua) -- India and Pakistan Tuesday held here their foreign secretary-level talks, after a delay triggered by an attack upon an Indian airbase early this year near the Indian Pakistan border which New Delhi said was launched by Pakistan-based militants.
Indian Foreign Secretary S. Jaishankar were meeting with his Pakistani counterpart Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry in South Block, Indian external affairs ministry spokesman Vikas Swarup tweeted.
