After receiving invitation from Vietnam early September, Malacañang disclosed on Thursday the upcoming visit of President Rodrigo Duterte to Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc. Maritime issue in West Philippine Sea and bilateral economic trade will also be discussed.
During a news briefing in Malacanang, Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said about West Philippine Sea row: “It will be discussed, I’m sure.” Adding that it will be one of the talking points.
