In a feiry speech during the openning of a power plant in Misamis Oriential on Thursday, President Rodrigo Duterte challenged the United Nations and the European Union to the Philippines to investigate the alleged extrajudicial killings in the country.
“I am inviting Ban Ki, EU – send their best lawyers, pati [UN] rapporteurs, to come to the Philippines for an investigation,” Duterte exclaimed.
