WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – The United Nations should conduct an independent investigation of Indian occupying forces’ atrocities in Kashmir, Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said at the UN General Assembly in New York on Wednesday.
"I demand an independent inquiry into the extrajudicial killings and a UN fact-finding mission to investigate the brutalities perpetuated by the Indian occupying forces [in Kashmir]," Sharif stated.
