Hanoi, (VNA) – Chief of the Defence Cooperation and Exports of the Israel Ministry of Defence Mishel Ben Baruch has pledged effective cooperation between his agency and relevant agencies of Vietnam’s Ministry of Defence.
The visiting Israeli officer made the promise during his meeting with Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Ngoc Minh, in Hanoi on January 11.
